Ohana Cookout
May 9th, 12:00pm – 3:00pm @ Bear Creek Lake Park
With the end of the semester within reach, we’ve collaborated with the Red Rocks Student Veterans of America chapter to have a Hawaiian themed cookout to celebrate. There will be grilling, drinks and sides, and lawn games. The event will take place at Bear Creek Lake Park on Thursday, May 9th.
Cookout Itinerary:
10:30-11:30 Welcome, Honor Graduates, Coin “Ceremony”
11:00-12:00 Intro to activities for the day, Set up food
12:00-3:00 Lunch, activities, games, networking
Heroes Dinner
September 8th, 5 pm
The MVA is planning for our fall Heroes Dinner, an event held in conjunction with career days to connect our veteran students with industry representatives. See the attachment for a list of company attendance from last fall. Fill out this form if you have an industry contact you’d like to extend an invitation to or if there is a company you would like us to extend an invitation too.
