I was born and raised in Richmond, VA, and after spending time on the east coast earning my B.S. in Interdisciplinary Liberal Studies from James Madison University and my M.Ed. in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education from UNC Greensboro, I found my way to Golden, CO! I have been at Mines since 2021 and currently serve as the Assistant Director for New Student & Transition Services. I stepped into the advisor role with oSTEM in the summer of 2023 and have loved every minute of it! I am so thankful to get to work with such an incredible group of students who show up authentically and advocate for change on campus!
