Mass on Campus
We offer weekly Mass on Campus for the Catholic community at Colorado School of Mines! Mass takes place at 8 PM on Sundays in Ben Parker Student Center Ballrooms A and B. Weekly Adoration
We have been given the amazing gift of God’s physical presence with us! Throughout the week, we offer a couple of adoration times to simply spend time with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. Check out our Sacrament Schedule Tab for more information on when adoration is offered
Social Events
We offer a variety of social events to allow you to take a break from the rigorous studies at Mines. We put on monthly game nights, movie nights, Bob Ross paint nights, Lenten Friday meals, retreats, and many others! Fr. Chris Considine
Chaplain
Fr. Chris has been the chaplain at Colorado School of Mines since he was ordained in 2020. He has served as a Parochial Vicar at St. Joan of Arc in Arvada, CO while serving the Mines campus. Fr. Chris was appointed full-time chaplain of Mines in 2022. Fr. Chris supports the Mines Catholic community by celebrating Mass on campus, teaching courses on theology and church figures, offering confession during adoration, and just hanging out on campus with students.
Outside of his priestly duties, Fr. Chris is also an avid skier, alpineer, stargazer, birdwatcher, an all-around explorer.
