FAQ

Q: Which forms do I need to turn in?

A: Please consult the Tier Structure page for a succinct outline of form requirements by tier. If you do not know your organization’s tier, please consult the Tier Standings reported in the BSO Master List. NOTE: The Service Event form allows you to report up to 10 service events (community and campus) within 1 submission.

Q: What if my service event happens after the deadline for the forms?

A: If your service event(s) is(are) occurring after the Service Event Form is due, you should fill it out using your plan for the event. If you want, we can re-open the form for you after the event, and you can complete the evaluation then.
